KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations and Leadership: Assign posts, shifts, and replacements within the team Conduct on-site inspections every 2 hours (photographic record and logbook signature) Monitor attendance, uniform, OS10 credential, and protocol compliance Reinforce procedures, onboard new guards, and conduct daily safety briefings Administration and Reporting: Review and sign off on incident logs and upload shift reports to supervisors Act as first-line supervisor during incidents and prepare official reports Serve as the shift spokesperson and address client requests Monitor inventory of uniforms, radios, equipment, fuel, and vehicles Verify operational status of drones, batteries, and K9 canisters Regulations: Ensure compliance with Law No. 21\.450 and OS10 Regulation Report absences, tardiness, and violations REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education (supervision course preferred) Valid OS10 course certification (OS10 Supervisor course preferred) Minimum 2 years’ experience as an OS10 guard \+ 1 year leading teams Valid Class B driver’s license (personal transportation preferred) Knowledge of Law No. 21\.450, basic Labor Code, report writing, and basic Excel WE OFFER: Fixed-term contract (1 \+ 2 months), with potential extension to indefinite term Salary: CLP $700\.000 net 4x4x12 rotating or fixed shifts Meals: breakfast and lunch during daytime shifts Transportation: allowance or shuttle service Metropolitan Region, Lampa 28/07/2026 \- 25/08/2026 760\.001 \- 910\.000 Full-time ### **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Education level:** Completed secondary education **Experience:** 2 years **Secondary education type:** * Technical-Professional Education ### **CHARACTERISTICS** **Contract type:** Fixed-term contract **Offered position level:** Supervisor **Source of offer:** WEB **Professional practice opportunity:** No
