Therefore, it requires hiring a **Hotel Operations and Risk Receptionist**, whose primary mission will be to provide customer service and guidance to ensure delivery of high-quality service. **Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and timely service to both internal and external Valle Nevado customers. * Process customer payments via various payment methods. * Manage hotel room reservations and assignments. **Requirements:** * Intermediate or advanced English or Portuguese (Mandatory). * Minimum one year of relevant work experience. * Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on an 11x3 shift schedule. * Medical fitness for high-altitude work (+3,000 m). **Benefits:** Transportation, accommodation, and meals.
