This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity and financial stability. ### **Mission and Objectives of the Position** Ensure proper management, control, and availability of the organization's financial resources through continuous liquidity monitoring, timely payment execution, credit administration, and fulfillment of financial obligations, thereby contributing to operational continuity and the company's economic commitments. Efficiently manage cash flows, banking operations, and financing-related processes, ensuring accuracy of financial information, adherence to deadlines, and appropriate coordination with internal departments and external entities, safeguarding the organization's financial stability. The position includes responsibility for validating, controlling, and safeguarding financial processes, including payment validation, document control, segregation of duties, and timely escalation of risks. **Position Objectives** * Maintain an updated and controlled daily cash flow. * Execute and coordinate payments to suppliers and financial obligations. * Administer bank credits and monitor their status. * Control income from resource recovery. * Manage guarantees, insurance policies, and financial documentation. * Coordinate information for credit lines. * Optimize cash surpluses through investments. * Fulfill monthly financial obligations. * Keep systems and internal controls up to date. * Drive improvements in financial processes.
