What are we looking for? An "Operations Agent" who can efficiently coordinate and supervise all aircraft ground operation activities—from planning to flight monitoring—ensuring safe and punctual dispatch at Santiago International Airport, Pudahuel. Requirements: Technical degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field. Valid aeronautical license (EOV / OCE) (mandatory). 320-321 Experience in one or more of the following: prior experience in flight dispatch, coordination of air operations, wing-line work, and/or ramp supervision. Availability for 100% rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) (mandatory). Availability to work a weekly schedule of 44 HOURS (mandatory). Immediate availability.
