Perform detailed data analysis, thorough control, and monitoring of daily operational tasks. Identify improvement opportunities and design process automations to optimize team efficiency. Understand, structure, and document internal process and workflow flows. What are we looking for? A degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields with strong technological orientation. Some experience in operations analysis, process management, or data handling. Knowledge of: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex functions, and basic Power Query/Macros concepts) and intermediate SQL for data extraction. Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages, and an analytical profile with high proactivity and eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of Power BI (Desirable).
