Job Summary: Oversees the overall operation of corporate building administration, leading teams and coordinating vendors to ensure the proper functioning of general services. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional growth and development **We Are Looking For:** Facilities Coordinator – Location: Las Condes\- Santiago de Chile What Will You Do? **Facilities Management:** Supervise the overall operation of a 10-story corporate building. **Team Leadership:** Directly lead, coordinate, and supervise a team of 14–15 people. **Vendor Management:** Coordinate vendors, request quotations, issue purchase orders, and manage service contracts. **General Services Oversight:** Ensure the proper functioning of cleaning, security, cafeteria, catering, events, and general office administration. **Process Structuring:** Map, thoroughly understand, and actively engage in administrative and operational tasks performed by receptionists and hostesses. What Do You Need? Technical or university-level education. Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, team coordination, and service administration. Prior experience coordinating services in the hospitality sector—such as cleaning, dining, and general services—is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
