Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge for a residential building in the Metropolitan Region, responsible for security, access control, equipment management, and resident assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for building security and access control 2. Equipment monitoring and resident inquiry handling 3. Leading evacuations and assisting in emergency situations We are hiring! Fill\-Lif is looking for concierges for various communes in the Metropolitan Region, for residential buildings. Main responsibilities include: * Building security and access control. * Ensuring proper operation of building equipment. * Receiving mail and packages. * Guiding maintenance company visits. * Registering visitors and announcing their arrival. * Managing visitor parking. * Monitoring surveillance cameras. * Addressing resident inquiries or referring them to management. * Recording relevant incidents in the logbook (incident register). * Leading evacuations and assisting others in case of emergencies.
