The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily workshop operations, ensuring work quality, deadline compliance, and efficient management of the workforce.** **Responsibilities:** **\*Lead the workshop operational team: welders, assemblers, assistants, operators.** **\*Plan and execute tasks on machines and tools.** **\*Supervise technical quality of work and apply progress controls, production timelines, and quality standards.** **\*Direct coordination with administration to ensure delivery deadlines are met.** **\*Implement order, procedures, and improvements in internal processes.** **\*Compliance with safety regulations** **Requirements:** **\*Interpretation of mechanical and structural drawings** **\*Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor design software** **\*Welding processes (MIG, TIG, manual arc, etc.)** **\*Experience with laser cutting and bending** **\*Metal fabrication processes** **\*Operation of workshop machinery** **\*Industrial safety standards** **\*Quality control in production processes** **\*Class “B” driver’s license** **\*Minimum 5 years of experience** **Academic Qualification: Higher Technical Degree in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.** Salary: $600\.000 \- $600\.001 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
