Main Responsibilities: * Operate pouch-making machines in accordance with production and quality standards. * Monitor operational parameters and perform basic adjustments. * Inspect the quality of finished products. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: * Experience operating pouch-making machines or similar equipment. * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
