Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Nurse (TENS) with autoclave experience to perform sterilization processes for medical-surgical materials, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations. Pleasant working environment A leading company in the field of medical instrument sterilization, with 20 years of industry experience and a pioneer in its management system, is currently seeking a Technical Nurse (TENS) or related degree holder with autoclave experience (SEREMI registration required for autoclave operation) for its central units located in Santiago. The incumbent will be responsible for sterilizing medical\-surgical materials using steam autoclave and ethylene oxide methods, strictly adhering to procedures and regulations stipulated in the company's Procedures Manual—both in operating sterilization equipment and controlling the process, as well as completing full, legible, and organized records in the designated forms or templates. Requirements: Education: Technical Nurse (TENS), Higher-Level Nursing Technician. SIS Registration (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1 year in this position. IAAS course (desirable). Autoclave Operator course and certification (SEREMI registration). Courses relevant to the candidate’s area of expertise (non-mandatory). Specialization in surgical instrumentation (non-mandatory).
