In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Quality System at the pharmacy, including qualification and validation of areas, equipment, containers, and IT systems. You will also provide technical support for warehousing and distribution operations by establishing quality guidelines for operations and monitoring their implementation. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Responding to all customer requirements and inquiries, as well as participating in audits conducted by them. * Maintaining the Quality System based on current Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) applicable to warehousing and distribution areas, including issuing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Implementing and maintaining validation, qualification, calibration, and maintenance of pharmacy facilities, processes, systems, equipment, and instruments. * Participating in developing the Training Matrix and Annual Training Program, and managing authorizations for these documents. * Monitoring compliance with the established Quality System for pharmacy warehousing and distribution operations through internal inspections, and reporting inspection findings to Management. * Identifying and correcting deviations from the Quality System, while maintaining records of deviations and complaints. * Issuing Change Control records for the pharmacy and participating in implementing changes to logistics operations, providing guidance from a quality standards perspective. * Supervising receipt and return of legally controlled products, ensuring inspection of packages and/or products to identify possible adulterations, which must be reported to the product registration holder, while also complying with current health regulations. Signing controlled goods dispatch forms for products subject to legal control. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * University degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
