Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with bakery experience and experience in cold/hot kitchen sections to assume responsibilities in culinary preparation production. Key Highlights: 1. Bakery experience 2. Experience in cold and hot kitchen sections 3. Job stability We are looking to integrate a Kitchen Assistant into our food service team in the commune of LAMPA. Regarding main responsibilities: assuming responsibility for bakery tasks or other duties as assigned; verifying availability of raw materials according to production sheets; producing preparations under one's responsibility while considering portion weights, sanitation techniques, cutting, cooking, portioning, and service.
