Support continuous improvement initiatives Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator **Location:** Chile **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Salary:** **CLP $1,800,000 \- $2,500,000 gross per month** **Reports To:** Logistics / Operations Manager About the Role We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results\-driven **Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator** to oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities. The successful candidate will coordinate receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, transportation, and warehouse personnel while ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, safety, and on\-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations. * Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. * Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies. * Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, carriers, and customers. * Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product rotation. * Prepare and review shipping documents, purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory records. * Coordinate warehouse staff schedules and daily workloads. * Monitor logistics KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, and on\-time delivery. * Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies. * Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions. * Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout. * Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams. * Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and logistics activities. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels. Requirements * 2\-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations. * Technical or professional studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Experience coordinating warehouse personnel and daily operations. * Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes. * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. * Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with SAP, Oracle, Softland, Dynamics, or similar ERP systems. * WMS and barcode/radio\-frequency experience. * Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices. * Experience with logistics KPIs and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of Chilean transportation and warehouse operations. * English proficiency is an advantage.
