Opportunities for professional growth and development STORE SUPERVISOR \- CHILE **Location:** Chile **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Monthly Salary:** **CLP $750,000 \- $850,000** **Schedule:** Full\-time, with flexibility for retail shifts About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Store Supervisor** to lead daily store operations, support the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate employees, manage store performance, maintain operational standards, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer\-service targets. * Coordinate daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and staff schedules. * Monitor sales, inventory, cash handling, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. * Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, safety, and company standards. * Train and support new and existing team members. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. * Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management. * Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. * Identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Previous experience in retail, store supervision, or a similar leadership position. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to manage and motivate a team. * Customer\-service and sales\-oriented mindset. * Good organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools. * Availability to work retail schedules, including weekends and holidays when required. * Knowledge of KPIs and inventory management is an advantage.
