Participation in continuous improvement and technological security IT Infrastructure Analyst – Airport Sector At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for an **IT Infrastructure Analyst** to join a company operating in the aviation logistics sector, located in the airport area of the Metropolitan Region. We seek a professional with experience in infrastructure, network, and technology service support, motivated to continue developing within the field and progressively assume new responsibilities. Main Responsibilities * Provide support for the company’s technological infrastructure. * Support operation and maintenance of networks, connectivity, and communication equipment. * Configure, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on Cisco equipment. * Support administration of firewalls and security solutions, preferably Fortinet. * Address requests related to Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. * Support administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers. * Review infrastructure alerts, identify incidents, and escalate cases as appropriate. * Address internal requests related to networks, communications, and IT services. * Coordinate operational activities with vendors and other organizational departments. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, changes, and incidents. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to infrastructure and technological security. * Progressively assume new responsibilities according to role development. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Networks and Telecommunications, Connectivity and Networks, Informatics, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as Infrastructure Analyst, Network Analyst, IT Support, Junior Systems Administrator, or similar functions. * Experience in network, connectivity, communications, or technological infrastructure support. * Knowledge of networking equipment, preferably Cisco. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of firewalls, preferably Fortinet. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. * Interest in professional development and career progression within the IT infrastructure field. * Availability to work in the airport area of the Metropolitan Region. * Realistic ability to commute to the workplace. * Availability to submit required documentation for internal accreditation processes. Desirable Knowledge * Windows Server and Linux. * Network and platform security. * Server and infrastructure monitoring. * SQL or Power BI. * Certifications or courses in Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity. Working Conditions * **Location:** airport area, Metropolitan Region. * **Work Mode:** four days onsite and one day remote, after the initial adaptation period. * **Initial Period:** first month 100% onsite, with possible extension depending on role requirements. * **Working Hours:** flexible start time between 08:00 and 09:00, with proportional end time between 17:00 and 18:00. * **Contract Type:** fixed-term contract for three months, renewable for another three months, with potential indefinite contract based on performance. * **Approximate Net Salary:** **$1\.599\.000 per month**.
