You will be responsible for ensuring that each dispatch is correctly prepared, verifying that products, documentation, and packaging meet quality standards and our customers’ requirements. Your work will be critical in preventing errors, claims, and returns, directly contributing to the success of our logistics operation. **Your Main Responsibilities** ✔ Verify prepared products against dispatch guides, invoices, packing lists, and route sheets. ✔ Review codes, quantities, formats, and descriptions. ✔ Confirm that each order is complete prior to dispatch. ✔ Identify missing items, overages, or product mix-ups. ✔ Inspect boxes, packaging, and labels. ✔ Ensure cargo complies with safety regulations and customer requirements. ✔ Verify that all documentation is accurate and complete. ✔ Record photographic evidence before dispatches depart. ✔ Report deviations and coordinate solutions with Warehouse, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch departments. ✔ Participate in claim investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. ✔ Authorize dispatch departure once all established controls are satisfied. **What We Are Looking For** ✅ Completed Secondary Education. ✅ Technical training in Logistics, Quality Control, or related field (preferred). ✅ Experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch control. ✅ Knowledge of logistics documentation (Dispatch Guides, Invoices, Packing Lists, Route Sheets). ✅ Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ✅ Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment. ✅ Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. ✅ Good communication and teamwork skills. **What We Offer** Join a stable and continuously growing company.
