Starken, a company with over 40 years of experience in the Courier market, is looking to incorporate a Cross Border Analyst into the International Business Management team (Ciudad Empresarial). What will be your mission? To plan, execute, and supervise international Cross Border operations using agile methodologies and ensuring compliance with various SLAs (service level agreements). Your management will be key to guaranteeing a high-quality experience for both national and international customers, directly contributing to the company's strategy and reputation. Main responsibilities * Plan and coordinate import operations and last-mile delivery, working closely with all key departments within the organization. * Communicate and report project progress to clients and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions. * Monitor and control performance indicators (SLA) through daily and weekly operational reports. * Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and execute contingency plans in case of potential incidents (delays, claims, etc.). * Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs in Cross Border e\-commerce operations. * Implement quality control procedures aimed at improving customer experience. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL and databases (Required). * Advanced English, both spoken and written (Required). * Knowledge of international transportation regulations and standards: INCOTERMS, customs, among others. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within Freight Forwarding, e\-commerce, international logistics, or supply chain. * Experience in retail, mass consumer goods, or courier industries is desirable.
