Hotel ICON is pleased to announce a new vacancy for the position of Kitchen Assistant at our branch Hotel Las Condes (Metro Manquehue). Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant in a hotel or restaurant. (Not mandatory) * Clear knowledge of food handling and hygiene. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Good communication among colleagues. * Availability to work shifts until 00:30\. * Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6x1 schedule\. * Residence in neighboring communes (we do not provide transportation assistance) Responsibilities: 1\. Assist chefs in meal preparation, including cutting, cooking, and plating. 2\. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and order at all times. 3\. Collaborate with the kitchen team in planning and organizing meal services. 4\. Guarantee dish quality and presentation according to hotel standards. 5\. Participate in kitchen inventory and supply ordering. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene procedures, as well as proven passion for gastronomy and hospitality.
