Currently, we are looking for a **Platform Executive** for the Maipú Branch. **Job Objective:** To market and promote the Cooperative’s financial products both in-office and off-site, while delivering high-quality service to our members through effective client interaction—thereby achieving established commercial goals and targets. All responsibilities must be carried out in a collaborative spirit, including performing administrative and cashier duties. **Job Responsibilities:** * Acquire new members for savings and credit products (business opening and closing). * Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark interest rates for credit and savings. * Conduct field visits for credit, savings, and related activities. * Manage assigned cases in the commercial dashboard and CRM system. * Organize and archive credit documentation. * Process Consumer Credit applications at the branch. * Handle various requests from members and customers at branch offices. * Respond to member phone calls. * Evaluate Portability Requests. * Prepare Portability Offers. * Perform cash drawer opening, closing, and reconciliation; receive cash and negotiable documents. * Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and protocols related to the role. **Job Requirements:** * Technical studies in business-related fields, administration, marketing, finance, accounting, or similar disciplines. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions involving credit sales or financial services sales. * Familiarity with financial and economic indicators is highly desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in computer tools, Excel, email, and others. **Contractual Conditions:** * Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Thursday 8:45 AM–5:45 PM, Friday 8:45 AM–4:30 PM. * Fixed-term contract of 2 months, subject to renewal or conversion to indefinite term based on initial evaluation. * Monthly gross salary of CLP 600,000 + performance bonuses; guaranteed bonus of CLP 300,000 for the first month (if target is met, the higher amount applies). **Benefits:** * Annual IPC-based salary adjustment, prorated according to hire date. * Half-day off on birthday plus gift for employees. * Year-end bonus for National Holidays and Christmas. * Celebrations for traditional holidays. * FALP agreement benefits. * Flexible working hours for personal errands. * Free training and professional development.
