Trains L2 teams and strengthens global capability. **Description** --------------- EQUANS Chile (EQCL) is seeking an **ENDPOINT OPERATIONS L3**. The primary purpose of this role is to address and resolve complex, high-impact, or non-standard incidents, ensuring definitive and sustainable solutions. The role actively contributes to strengthening security and audit compliance while driving continuous improvement in operational maturity through automation, process standardization, and knowledge sharing within the team. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve complex, high-impact incidents and problems on endpoints under their domain, ensuring operational continuity and service quality. Perform root cause analysis of incidents and problems, implementing definitive corrective actions that ensure operational stability and prevent recurrence. Update and optimize procedural manuals, drive process automation, and strengthen operational standards, promoting efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement in endpoint management. Train Level 2 (L2\) support resources in Operations and strengthen the team’s global capability, fostering technical competency development, autonomy in incident resolution, and effective collaboration. We invite all qualified candidates to apply for this vacancy: **Profession / Education:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. **Knowledge:** * Extensive experience in at least one endpoint domain (Workplace, Mobile, EPM, Packaging, or DEX). * Experience working in large, standardized enterprise environments. * Solid understanding of ITIL-based operational processes (Incident, Problem, Change). **Experience:** * 5 years of experience in endpoint engineering, endpoint security, or roles related to Digital Workplace. **Requirements:** * Advanced English. * French or Portuguese desirable (not mandatory).
