Interaction with stores, suppliers, and identification of improvement opportunities. **Job Description** ---------------------- Coordinate training programs, ensuring timely implementation aligned with the established standard and the collaborator’s experience. * Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned training programs, ensuring correct implementation according to defined guidelines and business pace. * Design and manage implementation schedules, confirming venues, capacities, timetables, logistics, and resources required for each training session. * Supervise on-site preparation of training activities, providing support to facilitators and teams, and ensuring adherence to experience standards across all methodologies. * Monitor participant progress, attendance, and engagement, consolidating operational reports, indicators, and program closures. * Serve as the main point of contact with stores/locations, internal departments, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing process optimizations in implementation. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination, training management, or similar roles. * Technical professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Executive Engineering, or related fields. * Experience coordinating on-site activities and leading logistical processes. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
