On-site supervision to ensure standards and support. **Job Description** ---------------------- Coordinate training programs, ensuring timely and standards-aligned implementation, as well as an optimal participant experience. * Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned training programs, ensuring correct implementation according to defined guidelines and business pace. * Design and manage implementation schedules, confirming venues, capacities, timetables, logistics, and required resources for each training session. * Supervise on-site preparation of training activities, providing support to facilitators and teams, and ensuring adherence to experience standards across all methodologies. * Monitor progress, attendance, and participant engagement, consolidating operational reports, key performance indicators, and program closures. * Serve as the main contact point for stores/locations, internal departments, vendors, and other key stakeholders, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing process optimizations in implementation. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development management, or similar roles. * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Executive Engineering, or related fields. * Experience coordinating on-site activities and leading logistical processes. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
