Level 1 Telecommunications Analyst Perform installation, maintenance, configuration, and updating of telecommunications services, ensuring correct operation of equipment and networks while complying with quality and safety standards—especially when working at heights. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Main Functions** * Perform work at heights, including climbing poles and telecommunications towers, adhering to established safety protocols. * Install, update, and replace modems, antennas, and other field telecommunications equipment. * Perform Level 1 (N1) configuration of telecommunications equipment and services. * Conduct basic diagnostics and resolve technical faults onsite. * Carry out tasks related to networks and transmission, including verification of connectivity and functionality of links. * Perform fiber optic splicing and basic maintenance when required. * Manage and close service requests through ticketing systems (where applicable). * Verify signal strength, connectivity, and proper functioning of installed equipment. * Record performed activities and report progress or incidents according to defined procedures. * Comply with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and current safety regulations for working at heights. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Position Requirements** * Position requirements * Technical training in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networks, or related field. * Demonstrable experience in N1-level configuration. * Experience performing work at heights and climbing poles (mandatory). * Valid certification for working at heights on telecommunications towers (fundamental requirement). * Knowledge of modem and antenna installation and updating. * Experience in fiber optic splicing. * Networking knowledge. * Experience or knowledge of transmission systems or networking—ideally in one or more of the following: MMOO, multiplexers, VHF, or fiber optics. * Ticketing system usage experience is desirable. * Physical condition compatible with working at heights. **Required Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Ability to work onsite. * Problem-solving orientation. * Teamwork. * Strong communication skills and accuracy in information recording. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
