This offer is exclusive to getonbrd.com. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate technical teams in AWS environments, ensuring quality, deadlines, and alignment with business objectives. * Define and guide cloud solution architectures, integrating services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, Step Functions, S3, RDS, Glue, and others. * Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation). * Collaborate with Product, Security, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. * Participate in technical reviews, team mentorship, and continuous improvement strategies. * Identify technical risks, propose improvements, and support technical decision-making with stakeholders. ### **Requirements and Experience** We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience leading technical teams and solid expertise in AWS. Candidates must have hands-on experience with services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and Glue. Knowledge of enterprise CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or others), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation) is highly valued. Experience with decoupled architectures, system integration, and cloud design patterns is required. Strong technical leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align business demands with technical solutions, are essential. ### **Desired Competencies and Skills** Experience with enterprise CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or others). Practical knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, or CloudFormation. Participation in regional or corporate projects. Leadership skills, clear communication, and ability to work in agile environments.
