Job Mission: Complete documentation of existing applications and gather requirements from stakeholders, generating use cases for the development and QA teams. Job Responsibilities: * Document existing processes and functionalities. * Create and maintain use cases and test scenarios. * Generate requirements and use cases for the Development and QA teams. * Ensure the quality of functional deliverables under high-pressure environments. * Collaborate with various business areas to gather requirements from clients. Requirements: * Technical or university education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst. * Knowledge of process documentation and use case creation. * Resilient and dynamic, capable of focusing on multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical profiles, such as the General Manager. Desirable: * Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Functional testing of applications. * Proficiency in Azure DevOps for task management.
