




Job Summary: The DevOps OCI/GCP professional is responsible for implementing, automating, and operating infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Google Cloud Platform, ensuring availability, security, efficiency, and scalability. Infrastructure-as-code management with Terraform ### **Role Description** The **DevOps OCI/GCP** professional will be responsible for implementing, automating, and operating infrastructure on **Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)** and **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**, ensuring **availability, security, efficiency, and scalability** of deployed services. Their primary mission will be to design, maintain, and optimize **CI/CD pipelines**, manage infrastructure-as-code using **Terraform**, and apply best practices in automation and security. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure delivery of robust, consistent solutions aligned with the organization’s technical standards. ### **Required Education** * Computer Engineering or related field. * **Recommended certifications:** OCI Architect Associate / Professional * OCI DevOps Professional * (Desirable) GCP certifications ### **Key Competencies** * Collaborative work * Problem solving * Clear communication * Focus on automation ### **Mandatory Technical Skills** * OCI (minimum 1–2 years) * GCP (minimum 1–2 years) * Terraform * Docker and Kubernetes (OKE preferred) * Linux * Cloud networking * CI/CD * Git **Desirable:** * Ansible * Python/Bash * Observability ### **Responsibilities** * Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * Manage infrastructure on OCI using Terraform / Resource Manager. * Administer services: VCN, Compute, OKE, Load Balancer, Object Storage, Logging/Monitoring. * Implement security: IAM, Policies, KMS, Vulnerability Scanning. * Configure monitoring, alerts, and observability. * Optimize costs and improve continuous operations.
