




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to manage electricity tariffs, process automation, data analysis, and performance reporting in the renewable energy sector. Key Highlights: 1. Manage electricity tariff structures and billing processes. 2. Analyze data to improve efficiency and automation. 3. Coordinate information for free customers and negotiate contracts. A Chilean company specializing in renewable energy, located in the Metropolitan Region (RM), is seeking an Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in corporate electricity tariff management. Responsibilities: - Review billing for all our customers, digitize values and calculations on our platform, and support the generation of new indicators, data analysis, business intelligence, and process automation. - Prepare and submit monthly reports summarizing consumption reviews, billing outcomes, and generated savings. - Generate monthly and annual performance reports for our customers. - Manage and recover overcharges billed incorrectly to our customers. - Coordinate necessary information for proper onboarding as a Free Customer and for future renewals. - Lead or assist in transitioning from Regulated Customer to Free Customer status, and in negotiating electricity supply contracts as a Free Customer. - Support electricity supply tender processes. - Assist in preparing and tracking complaints filed with the SEC (Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustibles) and electricity distribution companies, if required. - Analyze generated data to establish performance indicators and implement business intelligence algorithms. - Automate billing review and data analysis processes. - Maintain the digital platform with accurate, up-to-date, and reliable information. - Identify and automate improvement opportunities for referral to our Energy Efficiency and Electrical Installations team. - Support remote acquisition of meter data. - Liaise with industry companies, consulting firms, clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. - Stay current with applicable regulations and both academic and industry reports. Requirements: - Electrical Engineer or related degree - 2 years of experience in corporate electricity tariff management - Advanced intermediate proficiency in Excel - Proficiency in Power BI Conditions: - Employment under Article 22, meaning no time-card requirement.
