Job Summary: A major company is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to protect technological infrastructure, systems, and data through the design, implementation, and monitoring of security policies and solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of security architectures. 2. Monitoring and response to cybersecurity incidents. 3. Vulnerability assessment and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001). A prominent company requires a Cybersecurity Engineer for its internal team. Position Objective: Ensure protection of the organization’s technological infrastructure, information systems, and data belonging to the organization, customers, and suppliers, through the design, implementation, and monitoring of policies, controls, and cybersecurity solutions, in compliance with applicable legal regulations and established security standards. Responsibilities: Design and implement security architectures for networks, systems, and applications. Administer and maintain security tools such as firewalls and intrusion detection and prevention systems. Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents. Assess vulnerabilities through penetration testing (pentesting) and periodic security scanning. Participate in defining and updating information security policies, procedures, and standards. Train and raise awareness among users regarding good security practices. Collaborate in internal and external security audits. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001. Prepare technical and executive reports on the organization’s security status. Manage and oversee third-party cybersecurity service providers. Working Conditions: Contract: 3 months, then indefinite. Work Modality: On-site / Remote (1 day per week remote). Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or related field.
