Support in implementing People Management initiatives At Xinerlink, we are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join a leading real estate company located in Santiago. The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, adherence to compensation policies, and correct application of current labor and tax legislation. Offer Conditions \- Monthly net salary: $1\.150\.000\. \- Working schedule: Monday to Friday (office hours). \- Employment type: Fixed-term contract. \- Work location: Santiago. Main Responsibilities \- Collect, process, and record monthly payroll updates (earnings, deductions, and incidents) in the compensation system to ensure timely payroll disbursement. \- Maintain updated digital personnel files, compensation records, and contractual documents. \- Process and keep up-to-date notifications and reports to external entities (Labor Directorate, AFC, Compensation Funds, etc.). \- Manage attendance control and ensure timely signing of employment contracts, addenda, and settlement agreements. \- Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury departments to ensure accuracy of processes, payments, and accounting centralization of compensation data. \- Address and resolve employee inquiries or contingencies regarding their payroll statements and payments. \- Prepare documentation required for internal and external audits of the department. \- Support the People Management team in implementing new initiatives and safeguarding information confidentiality. Application Requirements: \- Academic background: Degree in Human Resources Engineering, Certified Public Accountant, HR Administration Technician, General Accounting, or related field. \- Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience performing compensation analysis and processing duties. \- Software proficiency: Practical experience using ERP BUK (mandatory). \- Office tools: Intermediate-level Excel (data cross-referencing and formula usage). \- Technical knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge focused on compensation accounting centralization and current Chilean labor legislation.
