Job stability and professional development Description Lemonglass SpA is seeking a Class D Vertical Operator to join our operations team for rope access and façade maintenance tasks. Requirements Main Responsibilities Perform vertical work using rope access techniques. Carry out cleaning and maintenance of façades on corporate, residential, and commercial buildings. Operate equipment, tools, and high-altitude work systems safely. Comply with operational procedures, safety regulations, and internal protocols. Inspect and verify the condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and anchoring systems. Participate in rope installation, replacement, and relocation maneuvers. Support assembly, disassembly, and operation of lifting equipment when required. Report unsafe conditions and contribute to continuous process improvement. Requirements Skills and Functions Requirements: Experience in vertical work or rope access. Knowledge of safe working practices at height. Proficiency in handling and correct use of PPE for vertical work. Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures. Physical health compatible with high-altitude work.
