Conducting product validation tests in the field TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST As a technical \- commercial area, respond to internal / external customer requests from an operational perspective. Must possess knowledge of systems with simple hydraulic actuators, electro-hydraulic systems, cylinders, and pumps for fluid movement in equipment used both during installation and testing of fortification elements. Conduct product validation tests in the field, providing technical support to ensure compliance with such tests under safety safeguards and quality standards. Effective communication with external / internal customers. Preferably, ability to interpret and generate drawings related to structures, fortification schematics, and basic geomechanical interpretation.
