Real opportunity for transition to an indefinite-term contract based on performance At **Intek Ingeniería Ltda.**, a leading company in engineering, heating, and sanitary hot water services, we are looking to incorporate a proactive and organized **Warehouse Assistant** into our team. We seek a responsible individual with excellent organizational skills and, above all, a strong willingness to learn about the technical field. **Requirements:** * **Profile:** Organized, proactive person with a strong sense of responsibility. * **Availability:** Ideally **not currently studying**, or alternatively, possessing **flexible working hours**, as the nature of our services requires availability to work overtime (properly compensated) according to operational demand. * **Location:** Residence ideally in the commune of **San Miguel** or nearby areas (non-exclusive). * **Experience:** At least one year of training and experience in warehouse and logistics (preferred). * **Desirable Knowledge (Plus):** Familiarity with fittings, electrical and thermal materials related to hot water and heating repairs. * **Mandatory Requirement:** Class B driver’s license. **What We Offer:** * **Stability:** Initial fixed-term contract with a real opportunity to transition to an **indefinite-term contract** based on performance. * **Growth:** Ongoing training on technical materials and processes within the industry. * **Benefits:** Access to corporate benefits upon transition to an indefinite-term contract. * **Compensation:** Market-competitive salary, negotiable according to skills, certifications, and prior experience. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:00; Friday, 08:30–16:15\.
