Manages store, showroom, and office projects. 2. Coordinates aesthetic renovations in Retail and Wholesale. 3. Oversees regional budget management. Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. **Your mission** ---------------- * Verify store and corner layouts, considering spatial, operational, and furniture-related variables, to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational requirements. * Coordinate and monitor the execution of aesthetic renovations in Retail and Wholesale stores, to update spaces according to defined guidelines. * Manage relationships with suppliers during store, showroom, and office project development, to ensure availability and fulfillment of required services. * Oversee regional budget management for store, showroom, and office projects, to ensure execution within the defined budget. **Your talent** --------------- * 4–5 years of experience in projects, construction, store planning, furniture manufacturing, contractor management, and budget control. * Knowledge of and experience managing specialty projects (electrical, HVAC, lighting). * Work planning management / Gantt chart development. * Design software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and 3D Studio Max. * Intermediate Excel. * Advanced English. **Our principles** ------------------ PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
