What do we expect from you? **Main Responsibilities** * Design and execution of the social media content strategy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). * Creation and monthly planning of content calendars; coordination of production and publication. * Community management: monitoring, engagement, responding to messages, escalation to customer service (SAC), and comment moderation. * Comprehensive management of influencers and brand ambassadors: scouting, briefing, coordination of deliverables and posts, performance tracking. * Press coordination: outreach to media outlets, press releases, interviews, and product shipments. * Supervision and creation of content for performance campaigns in collaboration with external agencies. * Development of creative concepts for branding campaigns and activations. * Coordination of content with creative studios and external teams. * Ensuring visual and conceptual consistency in photo shoots and audiovisual production. * Conceptualizing, filming, and editing audiovisual and graphic content for social media. * Participating in content calendar planning alongside the creative team and agency. * Writing and publishing blog articles focused on SEO and website traffic generation. * Proactively proposing content ideas and formats. * Developing reporting and analysis of content performance and account KPIs. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Strategist, or Paid Media specialist. * Degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Verifiable experience creating, filming, and editing social media content. * Proficiency in video and image editing tools. * Familiarity with digital social media management, monitoring, analytics, and content trend platforms. * Experience or interest in digital community management. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to content creation (desirable). *If you enjoy challenges and being part of a major company, don’t hesitate to apply.*
