MEDIUM-SIZED FAMILY BUSINESS, composed of 18-24 people, WITH TEAM OF EXPERIENCED MACHINISTS, COMMUNICATIVE AND COURTEOUS. ### **DESCRIPTION** A Bronze Foundry and Metalworking company, specialized in Fittings and custom design, located in the Lo Pinto area, Lampa, requires adding to its team a CNC Technician or Designer - CNC Machining Center Operator FANUC. Main Responsibilities: Machining Parts: Operate CNC Machining Centers, CAM design, comfortable office and high-end instruments. Interpretation of Drawings: Read and understand detailed technical drawings for component manufacturing. Perform programming directly at the machine or using CAM software (specific experience must be indicated). Machine Setup: Carry out complete machine configuration, including tool mounting, workpiece fixation and machining parameter adjustments. Operation of 3D Printer (Desirable): Use 3D printer to create prototypes, jigs or other required elements. Quality Control: Measure and verify dimensions of machined parts using precision instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.). Maintenance and Organization: Perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Problem Solving: Identify and efficiently resolve operational issues arising during the production process. Collaboration: Work in a coordinated and effective manner with different departments within the company. Requirements: Demonstrable experience as an operator of CNC MACHINING CENTER. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in using dimensional measurement instruments.
