Hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities: Translate business and technical requirements into architectural designs aligned with organizational guidelines and standards. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner (PO) to design solutions addressing business needs. Assess current state and define high-level designs for new systems and/or modifications to existing systems, in accordance with applicable policies, standards, and guidelines, leveraging defined architectural patterns. Coordinate with cross-cutting architects (data, infrastructure, security) to define data modeling, platform, and required security components for implementing the designed solution. Work in sync with the Digital Office to support proper application of the agreed methodology. Manage the lifecycle of APIs and Services. Support continuity of the bank’s technological services during incidents and/or contingencies related to solutions under the community’s responsibility. Actively participate in community activities and ceremonies, providing feedback to promote continuous improvement. Manage interaction with QA and DevOps squads. Manage the community’s initiative backlog and the technical backlog (technical debt and evolution) for applications under the community’s ownership, in coordination with the PO and Scrum Master (SM). Ensure proper documentation management required for promoting development in the organization’s official SCM. Lead and manage the development team to ensure development aligns with the defined solution architecture.
