Today, we operate in 7 Latin American countries, with additional offices in China and India. **Job Mission:** To design, deploy, and maintain scalable, automated, and innovation-focused Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence systems for various company areas. What will you do on a daily basis? * Design, deploy, and maintain machine learning systems for different company areas by implementing appropriate algorithms and creating tracking frameworks. * Ensure model quality and robustness by implementing tests and continuous monitoring to guarantee that AI models maintain high accuracy, stability, and adaptability to evolving data. * Create, train, and optimize machine learning models to solve specific problems such as classification, regression, pattern detection, natural language processing, etc. * Process and clean large volumes of data, performing feature selection, data transformation, and removal of inconsistencies. * Optimize the performance of existing models to make them effective in real-time or with large volumes of data. * Work closely with regional and group-level Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business counterparts to integrate models into relevant systems according to use cases.
