Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Planning Engineer to enhance and transform operational programs through data analysis, process optimization, and scenario evaluation. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize operations and processes through data analysis and GIS. 2. Develop tools and methodologies for operational programs. 3. Support continuous improvement and operational transformation projects. We are looking for a Junior Planning Engineer to join the Planning team, with the objective of contributing to the improvement and transformation of operational programs through data analysis, process optimization, and scenario evaluation. ### **Purpose of the Position** Develop tools and methodologies to optimize operations and support continuous process improvement through demand analysis, geographic information systems (GIS), and technical proposals, ensuring alignment with the department’s strategic objectives. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop tools and methodologies to optimize operational programs. * Analyze data using Python, R, SQL, and Power BI. * Maintain the geographic information system (GIS) up to date. * Conduct field surveys of routes, terminals, and operational points. * Evaluate scenarios and propose operational improvements. * Prepare technical reports and presentations of results. * Support continuous improvement and operational transformation projects. * Ensure the Planning team’s objectives are met. ### **✅ Requirements** * Professional degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Executive Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation systems analysis or planning. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Python, SQL Server, and Power BI. * Technical English proficiency is desirable. ### **Conditions** * Work mode: Remote work. * Working days: Monday to Friday. * Position: Planning Engineer
