Job Summary: We are seeking a Machinery Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and mini-loaders, guaranteeing timely movement and transportation of valuable materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate forklifts and mini-loaders to move and transport materials. 2. Conduct equipment inspections and comply with safety procedures. 3. We are looking for a **Machinery Operator for the Winter Vacation Season** to ensure the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and mini-loaders at our plant, located at our headquarters in **Quilicura**. The role’s mission is to guarantee the timely movement, stacking, and transportation of valuable materials while ensuring operational safety, equipment care, and compliance with plant standards. **Responsibilities**: * Operate forklifts and mini-loaders to move, stack, and transport paper, cardboard, tetrapack, plastics, glass, metals, waste, pallets, bales, and supersacks. * Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections, recording conditions and alerts. * Comply with and promote safety procedures and operating standards for mobile equipment. * Maintain cleanliness and good condition of mobile equipment. * Report damages, failures, or operational deviations. * Coordinate material flow with other operators and plant personnel. * Adhere to applicable environmental and safety regulations at the facility. **Candidate Profile**: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of plant operations, safety regulations, and procedures for handling materials and mobile equipment. * Experience with mini-loaders (desirable). * Valid Class D driver’s license (mandatory) Do you know someone who might be interested in this vacancy?
