Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a supermarket cafeteria who will supervise and take charge of a station, and assist in the preparation of soups and side dishes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and take charge of a station (Cold Room). 2. Assist the head chef and chef instructor in preparing soups and side dishes. 3. Perform mise en place. At Aramark, we are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a supermarket cafeteria located in Maipú. * **Net salary:** $521\.000 * **Rotating shifts 6x1**: AM shift: 07:00–15:00 hrs / PM shift: 12:00–20:00 hrs / Night shift: 21:00–07:00 am. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification at secondary level in gastronomy, higher technical qualification, or relevant courses related to the position is desirable. * Experience as a kitchen assistant (food handling). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and take charge of a station (Cold Room). * Assist the head chef and chef instructor in preparing soups and side dishes. * Perform **mise en place**. * Prepare between 100 and 150 portions.
