Main responsibilities: drafting employment contracts, addenda, and settlement agreements; managing and tracking vacations, medical leaves, and labor documentation; administering physical or digital personnel files; entering and managing information on the Labor Directorate’s online portals; manually maintaining and updating Excel databases. Providing support for administrative processes related to high staff turnover. \&\#8194;\&\#8194;\&\#8194;\&\#8194;Requirements: Mandatory: Technical or professional degree in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or a related field.
