The primary responsibility is to process incoming signals at the monitoring center according to company procedures. Conditions: \- Approximate net salary of $525\.000 \- 45 weekly hours. \- On-site work. \- Fixed-term contract, followed by indefinite-term employment. \- Availability to work rotating shifts: IN 6X1 MODE: \- 06:30–15:00 hrs. \- 07:00–15:30 hrs. \- 13:30–22:00 hrs. \- 14:00–22:30 hrs. IN 5X2 MODE: \- 06:30–16:30 hrs. \- 07:00–17:00 hrs. \- 12:00–22:00 hrs. \- 12:30–22:30 hrs. \- 21:30–07:30 hrs. \- 22:00–08:00 hrs. (Corporate vehicle transportation provided for shifts starting or ending at 22:00 hrs, 06:00 or 07:00 am) Requirements \- Customer service experience \- Completed secondary education \- Basic PC proficiency.
