Job Responsibilities: Floor finishes including ceramic tiles, floating floors, and vinyl flooring. Finishing work such as plasterboard strips and wall plastering. Repairs to plaster and wall plastering. Partition wall construction. Painting work. Level measurements for radier and other structural constructions. Skirting board installation. Cornice installation. Welding work. Various repairs. Requirements: Class B driver’s license (mandatory) Proven experience in maintenance, construction, etc. Completed secondary education, technical education, or related studies.
