Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement improvements **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead data-driven logistics projects to improve business efficiency, processes, and outcomes. * Manage continuous improvement logistics projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with operational objectives. * Analyze operational data using Python, SQL, GCP, and BI tools to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and generate actionable insights. * Optimize logistics processes (receiving, storage, picking, cross-docking, dispatch) through process mapping, redesign, standardization, and automation. * Develop business cases including operational impacts, ROI, payback periods, scenarios, and risks to support decision-making. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, IT, BI, vendors), ensuring smooth communication and correct implementation of improvements. * Drive automation and technology solutions by designing more efficient and scalable data flows and processes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Practical proficiency in Python, SQL, GCP, and Advanced Excel. * Approximately 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Project evaluation skills. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
