We are seeking a Management Control Intern, motivated by analysis, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making, to join our team at the airport. **What will you learn and participate in?** * Support monitoring and tracking of management indicators (KPIs). * Participate in data analysis processes, reporting, and support for decision-making. * Collaborate in strategic planning, contributing to operational efficiency. * Support continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes. * Learn about and contribute to aligning people management practices with current labor regulations. * Participate in projects optimizing and automating reports (Excel / Power BI). **What are we looking for?** * Student pursuing a Technical or Engineering degree in Administration, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Interest in developing a career in Management Control and Human Resources. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Proactivity, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. **What do we offer?** * Internship stipend. * Transportation card (TPA) for free airport commute. * Practical experience in a real, dynamic, and high-impact operational environment. * Direct learning in HR-focused Management Control, including exposure to KPIs, reporting, and decision-making.
