At Falabella Retail, we are looking for a Development Engineer! What is the role’s mission? To design, develop, and optimize data solutions that ensure data availability, quality, and scalability—supporting business decision-making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes in Cloud environments and BigQuery. Model, transform, and optimize large volumes of information using advanced SQL. Automate processes and workflows using Python to improve operational efficiency. Integrate diverse data sources via APIs, Salesforce, and web platforms. Design and build reliable datasets for data analysis and exploitation. Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business decision-making. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance. Professional growth and learning opportunities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computing Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience in data engineering or similar roles. * Experience developing data pipelines and ETL processes on Google Cloud, preferably with BigQuery. * Proficiency in SQL for data modeling and optimization. * Experience automating processes using Python. * Knowledge of API integration and platforms such as Salesforce. * Experience building reports and dashboards. * Strong analytical ability, data quality orientation, and collaborative mindset.
