Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System on site. 2. Supervise teams and manage internal quality audits. 3. Ensure proper quality closeout of the project. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead on-site quality management, ensuring standards, processes, and compliance with project requirements. At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead the implementation of the Quality Management System on a large-scale construction project, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and project requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality Plan, supervising Site Quality Officers, coordinating inspection and testing planning, managing audits and reporting, and ensuring proper quality closeout of the project. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and updating of the Site Quality Plan. Train supervisors in Quality Management, Non-Conforming Product, and Non-Conformities. Supervise Site Quality Officers. Prepare reports for the Client and Technical Inspection. Manage Inspection and Testing Plans for critical processes. Administer Quality Cloud and monitor protocol issuance. Manage technical training aligned with project progress. Lead internal quality audits. Supervise the dissemination and training on site procedures. Prepare management reports for Site Administration and Project Management. Supervise facility handover and identify deviations. Control documentation associated with internal quality closeout. Important: Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Civil Constructor, requiring a minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in a Quality Leadership role—or equivalent responsibility—in construction projects of similar scale and complexity. A PAC Course Certificate must be provided. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 8 years of quality experience in construction projects. * Experience leading Quality Management Systems on site. * Experience leading Quality Plans and protocols. * Experience with Inspection and Testing Plans. * Experience leading internal quality audits. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and handling of audit findings. * PAC Course and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification. * Experience supervising teams or Site Quality Officers. * Experience in large-scale or similar construction projects.
