Key Responsibilities * Coordinate courses, workshops, and training programs. * Support scheduling, activity planning, and resource allocation. * Manage registrations, participants, and communications. * Coordinate with facilitators, instructors, vendors, and internal teams. * Monitor attendance, participation, and activity progress. * Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and databases. * Prepare basic reports on activities and outcomes. * Identify opportunities to improve participant experience and training processes. What We Are Looking For * Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. * Interest in training, education, and professional development. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Basic proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Excel. * Attention to detail and service orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively. * Experience in training, education, Human Resources, administration, or program coordination is valued but not required.
