At **Grupo Grafton** we are seeking a **Systems Operation and Maintenance Specialist** for an important client in the electrical sector located in Santiago, Metropolitan Region. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operation of the company's central telemanagement system(s). * Configuration and maintenance of concentrators. * Monitoring of the central telemanagement system(s). * Extraction and generation of reports from the central telemanagement system. * Reporting incidents to request level 1 and 2 SmartMeter infrastructure support. * Management and integration of the global SmartMeter support team (NT Iberia\-Italy). * Management and monitoring of logical interfaces with the company's systems. * Management and tracking of field meter maintenance. * Supervision of system performance to identify efficiency improvements. * Tracking of IT projects. **What We Are Looking For:** * Knowledge in the electrical field. * Knowledge in operation and maintenance of service platforms. * Knowledge in the use of GPRS/GSM technologies for public and/or private M2M services. * Ideally, experience with measurement and/or telemanagement system infrastructure. * Advanced knowledge of database management tools (Excel, Access, SQL, Oracle, etc.). * Knowledge of telecommunications and networks. * Experience in development and deployment of complex projects, preferably in the utilities or telecom markets (energy, gas, water, municipal services, public lighting, telecommunications, distributed sensor systems, etc.). * Ability to manage and track IT projects. * Knowledge of software tools for project management. **Location:** Downtown Santiago, RM * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:36, Friday from 08:30 to 13:36 **➡️ Work Mode:** On-site
