Discover how far your commitment can take you. **What We’re Looking For:** We are seeking a **BIM Modeler** who, exercising independent judgment, can develop, produce, and deliver engineering-level technical documentation and meet requested requirements—based either on schematics or on information provided by engineers/designers—in accordance with established standards and procedures. **In a world that is constantly changing, staying at the forefront demands creativity and innovation.** We seek curious individuals, interested in new ideas and eager to shape our communities in innovative and positive ways. Discover what the power of commitment can do for you. **Working with an energetic, high-performing team, this role offers varied work and involvement in:** * Preparing detailed drawings/plans/3D models based on prior examples and applying foundational knowledge related to design and technical drawing principles. * Preparing design drawings/3D models using foundational design knowledge and skills relevant to the discipline. * Reviewing and studying GHD’s Design Manual. * Supporting training across various office and fieldwork phases—including design, drafting, studies, and assisting in preparing minor reports. * Assisting in training drafters with less practical experience. * Coordinating basic drafting work as assigned by senior staff. * Assisting with general drafting-related duties as required. **Position Requirements:** * **Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (mandatory).** * Technical drafter qualification or related degree. * 3–6 years of professional experience. * Experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures, reinforcement detailing, and structural steel design. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (intermediate\-advanced) and Revit (intermediate\-advanced).
